Summary
Language translation does not occur automatically. The changes display after manually refreshing the page.
When user logs in with Chinese as the default locale and change it to English, the changes do not display immediately. However, this works when the locale is changed to any other language except English.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a dropdown to change the language
- Selecting the value. This updates the operator ID
Root Cause
When changing the language to English, the locale was set to a blank value.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use 'en_US/en' as the locale when switching to English from any other language.
