Execute the offline delta-sync process.
Root Cause
Pega maintains the packagable offline cases in Application.pyOfflineCases and Application.pyOfflineCaseTypes("full") properties. These hold all the case type rule object of offline enabled cases and consumes memory.
Resolution
Apply HFix-39722.
