Summary

Report definition with a text column and large content in the column is not exported properly.

 If the report data is exported to excel, all characters appear in one cell.

After installing HFix-8997, characters are filled in multiple cells instead of one cell. Carriage return from the original text affects this issue. It worked fine without this hotfix.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Apply HFix-8997.
2. Export to excel and check the report generated, which contains large quantity of data for a property.

A defect is Pegasystems' rules or code.

Resolution

Apply  HFix-21334.
