Last added by values in showing wrong in reports

Summary
On creating a report using the Report browser, the Last added by (Operator ID & Name), Last Moved by (Operator ID & Name, Date) values display incorrectly. That is, the values display the name of the person who created the pydefault report.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a report in the Report browser from the Case Manager portal. Check the History tab of the the rule in Pega Dev Studio.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-57035.
