Last Russian letter in label showing as a square box

SA-5325

Summary

User noticed that in the button label, the last Russian letter zhe (Ж)  is shown instead as a square box. The letter replaced by the square box is the 28th character in a 40 character localized label value.  IE not  allowing the full localized label value to show and is needed to truncate the label value.
Chrome truncates the label value at the same location, but it renders an ellipsis (three dots ...) to indicate the truncation.
