Last stage in Case Lifecycle chevron does not turn green



The last chevron in the Case Lifecycle does not turn green after the case has successfully processed the resolution stage and resolved. This occurs for the last chevron regardless of the resolution or final stage.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create Quality Audit case.
  2. Run case to resolution.
  3. View Chevron.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Apply HFix-29095.
Note: If a stage is skipped in Case Lifecycle, then its corresponding chevron will stay gray according to existing behavior.
