Launch local action not working as expected in list

When adding an event to a button/icon click, "Launch Local action" and "List Open local action" options have very different behavior.

Create a section with a grid row repeat
Add pagination to the list
Add a button to the row repeat row
Use the "List Open local action" option
--> Pagination works as intended

Change the button to instead either use the "Common actions Launch:Local action" or the "Launch Local action" option, opening in a modal
--> Pagination does not work. The icon does not display. myParamPage.pyPageMode is not set correctly.

This is expected behavior. The "Launch Local action" option works properly when NOT in a list. However, It does not
have some list-specific functionality (such as list pagination) when operating in a list setting. For this additional functionality, List Open Local Action should be used instead.
