Summary
Launched portal gets closed when user navigates back to DesignerStudio.
Use Case:
User logs into 'Developer Portal' and launches the 'Manager' portal that gets opened in a new tab.
Navigate to 'Manager' and change access role. This will cause the current tab to show respective portal.
When user navigates back to developer portal, shown in first tab, it is observed that manager portal gets closed and developer portal is refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Launch the Manager portal
2.Change the access group from dropdown
3 Once the manager portal is loaded go to DS, one can observe DS gets refreshed as well.
This is creating issue for user, this refresh of DS should not occur.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules, the redirect code was not working correctly so have to make changes in ApplicationSetup and RedirectAndRun activities.
Resolution
Apply HFix-42211.
