Summary
Layout groups renders incorrectly in the user portal. This occurs when using the Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Edge browsers.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application and create a section. For example, pyCaseBody
- Add a layout group to the section
- Add an embedded section directly to that layout group. For example, use the out-of-the-box pyCMNotes section
- Add another embedded section to the new section. This section should not be embedded in the layout group
- Launch the section from the user portal
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
- Apply HFix-45135
- Clear the system cache and restart the system
- Resave the PZPEGA_UI_LAYOUTGROUP skin
