Left pane click is not working for app explorer and record expl
Customer is not able to open any rule by clicking them from app explorer.
Steps to Reproduce
The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules. A number of weird issues were faced post installation. The installation stpes were customized particularly the DB Users did not include ANY privileges. Further the SQL for rulebase setup was generated manually. However this was not reproducible inhouse. The same installation was tried thrice and not once did we face any issues. Perhaps the SQL scripts were not executed properly - although no errors were shown in the database we suspect that a stored procedure (most likely a trigger) was not compiled properly, whicj also reflected the kind of problems the customer faced.
Since PRPC installation is straightforward, it was suggested that we re-install while following the steps carefully.
The explanation for this behavior is as follows: We performed the installation thrice using the same privileges and the exact same steps and the issue was not reproducible. We performed a re-installation on SIT enviroment and it just went smooth. So, perhaps the SQL scripts were not executed properly on DEV - although no errors were shown in the database we suspect that a stored procedure (most likely a trigger) may not have been compiled properly, which also reflected the kind of problems faced post installation.
This issue is resolved by making the following change to the PRPC operating environment: By performing re-installation of PRPC.
