Summary
Dropdown values do not appear correctly for autocomplete and others. Few characters are missing, when they are fetched it from report-definition.

Try populating data in any autocomplete or dynamic select field.
Root Cause
Issue was due to incorrect installation.
Resolution
Perform a clean installation of the application.
