Line at the bottom of grid not appearing with UI-Kit:07

The bottom border line of grid layout is not appearing when the UI-Kit:07-01 ruleset is included in the application ruleset stack. It occurs for out of the box grid layouts also.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add the UI-Kit:07-01 ruleset to the application ruleset stack.
  2. Create a section and include a grid layout sourced from a report definition with spreadsheet style format.
  3. Launch the user portal.

Root Cause

This issue was determined as a product enhancement request.

The look and feel of grid layout has been enhanced in UI-Kit:08 which would be packaged under Pega 7.2.2. In UI-Kit:08, the end user skin has been modified with new looks; whereas UI-Kit
:07 has a lightweight style by neglecting border appearance in grid.

Perform the following local-change:

Add the following code to UserWorkForm section to reflect the bottom border line in the grid layout.

.gridTable > tbody > tr:last-child > td.gridCell,
.gridTable > tbody > tr:last-child li.gridRow:last-child > ul.rowContent {
border-bottom: 1px solid #BBBBBB !important;
