Line of Business field is empty in PCSHC



On creating a Benefit in the Product Composer Systems for Healthcare (PCSHC), the mandatory 'Empty Line of Business' field does not display the list of options to select from.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a Benefit. The Line of Business (LOB) dropdown field is empty.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
The LOBs in PegaHC-Data-LineOfBusiness data type were missing post installation.


Make the following change to the operating environment:

Add the LOB records in PegaHC-Data-LineOfBusiness data type with the below values:
  • Commercial
  • Medicare
