Link with URL as property reference redirected incorrectly

Summary
User has a link which contains a URL as a property reference. The configuration on click of the Link is to redirect to the URL defined in the property. This works when the user left clicks on the link.
When the user right clicks the link and copies the URL or launches the URL in another window, the click does not redirect to the URL defined in the property and instead, clones the same browser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Set the URL value in a property.
- Configure a link in a section and set action as Open URL in Window.
- Specify the Open URL in Window with property reference as the link.
- Perform a right click on the link and open the link in a new window. The same browser opens in a new window instead of redirecting to the URL.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change to activate the right click and to open the same URL:
Use the out-of-the-box Right click event available in the Actions tab.
