Links do not open as popups after Pega 7 upgrade

Summary
After upgrading to Pega 7.1.8, the links in the operator profile page open as new tabs instead of popups.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Upgrade from PRPC 6.1 to Pega 7.1.8
2. Configure and open a URL in a new window and call the available HTML stream in the operator profile.
3. Launch the Operator profile
4. Click the links on the window
Root Cause
Backward compatibility was observed; due to the presence of Dynamic Containers in Pega 7, the links opened in new Tabs.This HTML stream was meant only for Internet Exploer browsers.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:This is an expected behavior as Pega 7 uses Dynamic Containers.
