Root Cause

This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.

An enhancement request, FDBK-31022 , is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.

The option to view the profile instead of enabling the party name links is present while using the master profile through the case context.

The party name links must not be enabled in the case context as it changes the context. This is because it launches information in a separate harness that replaces the existing one. However, the harness reloads from a reusable section. However, links must be still enabled in a case context. The user must decide whether to use them or not though case context is lost.
