List of Pega Call CTI links do not display on running the wizard

Summary



The list of configured Pega Call Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) links do not display when running the wizard with a preconfigured link.


Error Messages



Not Applicable.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the application
  2. Navigate to Designer studio and click Pega Call
  3. Click Administration & Configuration
  4. Start the configuration wizard from the Telephony Experience tab
  5. Run the configuration wizard and select 'I have already configured a CTI Link to use' > Click Next. The combo box to select the already configured CTI does not display


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The pxResultsCount is not available in D_pyAvailableCTILinks
