List of "recent actions" is empty after import

Summary
There is an instance, say Instance 1, where an application was built for organization Your_org.com(capital Y). Another organization your_org.com (lower case y), was built into another instance, say Instance 2. The R-A-P of the second instance(Instance 2) was imported into instance 1. After the import, the user noticed two unexpected behaviors.
1. This record has 1 Error IN1 place Organization:** <Your_org.com> is not a valid Organization. Did you mean <your_org.com> ?
2. Whenever the user logs in, the "Recent Items" is always empty.
Error Messages
If any update happens for the user operator@your_org.com, the following error message is displayed:
=> This record has 1 Error IN1 place Organization:** <Your_org.com> is not a valid Organization. Did you mean <your_org.com> ?
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create two applications in different instances with same organizations name. One with organization starting with capital letter and the other organization with small letter.
2. Import R-A-P of one of the application.
3. Open any operator record and update it.
4. Click "save". You will see the error.
=> The error displayed is
" This record has 1 Error IN1 place Organization:** <Your_org.com> is not a valid Organization. Did you mean <your_org.com> ?"
5. Logout.
6. Re-login as operator@your_org.com / rules
7. The operator record should be in the list of recent items but the recent list is empty.
Root Cause
For the reported behaviour "List of recent items is empty" the problem is in queueRecentsForSave(stepPage) API.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be addressed in Pega 7.1.8.
