Summary

The filter option in list views does not work when the property is configured with PromptSelect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a ListView.
2. Have a PromptSelect Property.
3. Enable filtering, 
4. Run the ListView and try to filter on the PromptSelect property.

Root Cause

The filter section does not populate for PromptSelect properties. 

Resolution

Apply the below local-change to resolve the issue:

1. Remove the property in display field column and get field column, then save the ListView.

2. Add the property which is not working to the display fields at the bottom of the list.
