Summary
List view filtering is not working for values with " ' ". Filtering a column in list view does not work when typing in the value in the text box provided by the Out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality, the same works when the check box is selected.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log into User portal.
2. Select the Worklist.
3. Try filtering a text column with a value that contains " ' ".
Root Cause
Special characters are not decoded while sending to server.
Resolution
Apply HFix-22443.
