Summary

On list report, user performs right click on the page showing the back/ forward option(of browser) as disabled. After upgrading to Pega 7.1.8, back or  forward are disabled initially, however, after randomly sorting few columns on the list report, the back or  forward (of browser) gets enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take a list view in Pega 7.1.8.
2. Randomly sort few columns.
3. Back or forward options get enabled.

Root Cause

Behavior is not related to product as it is related to browser which is reported with Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Resolution

Either disable or block the right click. Refer below Support Article suggesting the local change:
