List view throws error on submit by pressing 'Enter' key

Summary
After upgrading from PRPC 5.4 to Pega 7.1.6, on attempting to 'search by Workbasket' by pressing 'Enter' key (focus stays on text field instead of 'Submit' button). NullPointerException is received. When mouse is used to click 'Submit', the error is not reproduced.

Steps to Reproduce
- Choose the By Workbasket option in the Search For Work dropdown in process work.
- Report Wizard window pops up.
- Input the control in the window and hit ‘Enter’ on the keyboard (Do not use the mouse to click the Submit button).
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Install HFix-24015.
