Listview does not work if a value has a backslash

Summary



There is a ListView with standard "WorkListViewFragment" HTML Fragment in the field "Fragment for script functions".
Single click event: call script function "singleClick".
Double click event: call script function "doubleClick".
On the second page (ListView have paging enabled) these functions does not work.
The problem appears only on the second page that too when one of the record has a value that ends with a backslash.


Error Messages



There is a javascript error, that says something like: symbol ":" was expected. 


Steps to Reproduce



1. Run ListView with with standart "WorkListViewFragment" HTML Fragment in the field "Fragment for script functions".
Single click event: call script function "singleClick".
Double click event: call script function "doubleClick".
2. Go to second page (paging should be enabled).
3. Click/Double Click on any record.


Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.


addFileToHeader APi of eval_domsrcipt js. need to be modified in the File replacing all instances of black slash and add escape character.

Resolution



This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-20410
