Live UI does not work in WSS Customer Advisor portal

Summary



In the Pega Web Self Service (WSS) Customer Advisor portal, clicking the Live UI button displays a blank Live UI.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the system. 
  2. Launch the WSS portal. 
  3. Launch the Live UI. Live UI is blank.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution



The Live UI feature, for Web Self Service Customer Advisor Portal, is not supported.
