Local action displays inline

Summary
On launching a local action using pega.u.d.processAction, the local action opens inline in the current section instead of as a modal dialog window.

Steps to Reproduce
- On the Button action set, configure an action with a runScript method.
- Invoke the pega.u.d.processAction API in that function
Root Cause
A custom script was written to launch the Process action API based on a parameter.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Invoke the Launch local action with a When condition instead of using a Run script.
- Add a hidden property in another section and refresh it (without formSubmit) before launching the local action.
