Local actions in screen flows work incorrectly

Summary
A screen flow is configured with Allow Errors settings and a local action through a button is added to one of the assignment flow actions. On clicking the button to launch the local action, all the existing page messages are cleared. The requirement is that the page messages should not clear.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a screen flow with AllowErrors settings.
- Add two assignments to the screen flow.
- In the first assignment flow action, add a few mandatory fields.
- In the second assignment flow action, add a button.
- Configure a local action to be launched on click of the button.
- Run the screen flow.
- Submit the flow action for the first assignment without entering the value for the mandatory field.
- Launch the local action.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-64051, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
