Summary

User has when rule on local action rule to visibility. when user clicks Actions menu on Perform harness, menu is not refreshing where as in Review harness it is refreshing as per the When condition change on location action rule.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add local actions for assignment, on this flowaction on security tab, Required conditions field add when rule.
2. Open case, change when rule result (i.e. from false to true)
3. Click on actions button.

Root Cause

pyWorkGetFlowActions activity gets called while clicking the Actions to build flow actions and local actions list ,in case of perform harness since already the actions are populated in the assignment PRPC doesn't again build this list just to avoid performance issues and try to copy from the assignment actions list

Resolution

Move the step label GET(4rth step) to 3 rd step in pyWorkGetFlowActions which build the list again for perform harness as well
