Local data storage import loses non-ASCII characters

Summary



In an environment, a local data storage is setup in a data type. There is English text in one column and French text in the another. Some of the French text contains special characters (accented). Data is exported into a .CSV file and then imported in another environment. After importing, the accented characters are replaced with question marks or small boxes.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create data type with one column containing accented characters. 
  2. Click Actions > Export to download the .CSV file. 
  3. Open the file in Excel, and see the accented characters are replaced with question marks or small box characters.
