Locale time setting shows etc/GMT+12 instead of timezone



User has upgraded to Pega 7.1.6 and the locale settings are showing etc/GMT+12 instead of America/Chicago

Steps to Reproduce

Browse through locale settings and try changing this value. It does not seem to take the update.

Root Cause

​The issue is a result of a change in the Control : TimeZoneList used in HTML : LocaleSettings.


Apply HFix-25757.
