Localization of hyperlinks using pxLink control does not work

Summary
User requires a procedure to localize an URL by locale.
Resolution
1.Refer to a property for example DomainURL.
2. Populate that property in a pre-data transform using the same click action as OpenURLInWindow.
By this method you can get the localized URL.
