Localization not working in Repeat Grid

Summary
Localization is not working for embedded property referred in Repeat Grid with Pega 7.2.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure a field value for Pending-Approval to localize to "Approval".
2. Configure the embedded property control's display & validation to GetLocalizedValue.
3. Configure the section with repeating grid in it and add Localize Property Value.
4. Observe repeat grid still shows value as "Pending-Approval".
Root Cause
GetLocalizedValue must be used for cell control and not for the property control.
Resolution
Achieve localization by making following changes:
1. Remove the GetLocalizedvalue in display & validation of property control.
2. Add the control GetLocalizedValue for the respective cell of the repeating grid in section.
