Root Cause

A third-party product issue : It is a third party issue, it deals with Windows.

Resolution

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

It is not possible to localize title of the window.confirm dialog box. Pega uses the window.confirm dialog of the browser.

The popup message comes from the browser and title of that popup is handled by browser itself. There is no way to change it.
