Summary
In Pega Customer Service for Financial Services, Italian localization does not appear in modal dialogs.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch custom portal with Italian localization triggered dynamically at runtime.
- Click on a button to launch a modal dialog. The popup window displays in English.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34254.
