Localization of UI does not work as expected on mobile

Summary
User is trying to localize their application on mobile (including offline) for Spanish locale (es_ES). They have provided translations for fields and controls used on the UI.
When user views the application on a desktop browser as a user of es_ES locale, the screen is localized as expected.
However when user repeat the same scenario on a mobile device, and do not see all fields or controls localized.

Steps to Reproduce
- Setup the locale on an end user operator id to es_ES for localization in Spanish.
- Using a desktop browser, login as the end user, create a case and notice the areas on the screen that are localized.
- Case Description
- Stage name
- Flow action name
- UI Controls (Paragraph,Label,Formatted Test,Checkbox,Radio buttons,Dropdown,Button,Link)
- Repeat the above scenario on a custom mobile app, and notice that all the above areas are not localized. Only paragraph and formatted text UI controls are localized.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request. In Pega 7.2.1, only localization for paragraph and formatted text UI control is supported.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-17192, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
