Localization wizard saves field values in non-localized ruleset

The field values are not saved in the correct application ruleset during localization.
For example, on translating the Common Disputes application to Spanish, the field values are included in the base application ruleset, CommonDisputes, instead of CommonDisputes_es.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run the localization wizard
  2. Enter the content for the translation
  3. Run the case

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. In this case, the ruleset selector criteria only considered the local language code. Since 'CommonDipsutes' ends in 'es', which is the language code for Spanish, the translations are saved in this ruleset.
