Localize "Child case_has been_instantiated" AddCoveredWork Audit

Summary
The 25th step of Pega activity AddCoveredWork uses Property-Set method. The PropertiesValue field contains a constant string value given below, and it is set into param.InsAudit.
"Child case "+.pyLabel +" "+ .pyID +" has been " +param.InstantiationMode +" instantiated"
In the 26th step AddHistory is called, which adds this param.InsAudit into Audit notes. The string cannot be localized because of this. After subcase is created, the Audit tab of main case has the string in question.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Private checkout AddCoveredWork activity.
2. Remove When condition from the 25th step. This is needed to only demonstrate the hard coded string used and not required for normal operation.
3. Setup case and subcase case types. Create the subcase on one step.
4. Run the flow.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Step 25 of the activity uses hard coded string.
Resolution
Apply HFix-25525, and localize FieldValue introduced.
