LockInfo Harness does not display Review button intermittently

Summary



LockInfo Harness does not display the Review button. The button is hidden irrespective of the screen resolution, and becomes available when zooming in or zooming out in the screen, or on browser refresh.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the system and launch the Interaction portal.
  2. Open a work object from an operator's workbasket.
  3. Open the same work object from another operator ID. The LockInfo harness renders, and the Review button does not display intermittently.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Incorrect height was assigned to 'the workarea' div when the Home tab was clicked.


Resolution



Apply HFix-37845.
