Log file is filling with FATAL expression target reference error

Administrators see the PegaRULES log file growing to more that 2 GB with the same error repeated multiple times a second.

- Observe the log file
Root Cause
Cause is unknown but was resolved when the declare expressions were all revalidated.
Resolution
Revalidate and save all declare expressions.
