Log Off not working in Firefox and Google chrome

Summary
User has a SSO authentication enabled in their environment. User is logging in using SSO however after logoff user is again routed back to portal without any credential popup or authentication.
Steps to Reproduce
1) log into system
2) select log off
3) see that log off was not successful
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error. User has not customized the required rules (Web-session-return) when they use SSO as per the below PDN article.

Resolution
The explanation for this behavior is as follows: Explained customer that web-session-html rule must be customized accordingly to log out SSO session as well. And provided PDN URL to customize the specific rule.
