The login page does not load on the Android 9 application build on Pega Platform 7.4.

Steps to Reproduce
- Use the Channel and Interface to build the Android application.
- Install the application in an Android 9 mobile device.
Root Cause
This issue is determined to be a product enhancement request. Android 9 does not support Pega 7.4 mobile application.

Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-61498, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
