In the Internet Explorer browser, long field values are not wrapped.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a field value of three lines.
- Create a section.
- Define the lengthy field value in the dynamic layout.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Set the dynamic layout 'Layout Mode' as 'Inline-Block'.
- In the Skin rule, set the CSS property 'word-wrap: break-word' for Label.
