Look and Feel different for questions mentioned as labels :

Summary
After upgrade from PRPC 5.5 to PRPC 6.3, Labels are getting changed to red color for one of the screens. For the other operator , it is showing the black color.

Root Cause
Upgrade from PRPC 5.5 to 6.3 sp1 caused some issues and the Desktop Preferences was not referring to any skin rule.
Resolution
From operator dropDown, click on Preferences . The Desktop Preferences window gets opened. The Skin should refer to OOTB EndUser62. Setting the right skin resolved the reported issue.
