Low colour contrast ratio in DDA view - portal/skin types

Summary
Colour contrast ratio of foreground and background text doesn't meet our client's (LBG) standard colour contrast ratio 4.5:1 in DDA view.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Login with an operator in DDA view
2. Check the colour contrast of the UI.
Root Cause
User is looking how to apply the custom CSS to the user harnesses in DDA mode, where Username & Log Off link appear in the Top area of Pega application (other than Developers).
Resolution
Requested Customer to try to customize the styles in desktop_metaldda css file .
