Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. An issue with the authenticationldapverifycredentials, since the third-party Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) server, as the department attributes for the specific user record are blank.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
Correct the blank fields in the LDAP server.
