Manage Subscription Option not available

Summary
The Manage Subscription option in the Autonomic Event Services (AES) Manager Portal is not available in AES 717. This configuration option exists in AES 71.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Install AES 717.
2. Log in to the AES Manager Portal.
3. Look for the Manage Subscription option.
Root Cause
The Manage Subscription option was moved in AES 717.
Resolution
Navigate to Scorecards-> Manage Subscriptions. Click the Autonomic Event Services image to access the options.
