Mandatory errors are not highlighted with error images

Summary
When tabbing out of a mandatory field, an error message pops up. However, the mandatory fields are not indicated by the error icons.

Steps to Reproduce
There is no specific use case to reproduce this issue.
Root Cause
The iconError class is present in the mark up generated from the element and the image reference is missing in its attributes.
background-image: url(images/pzerror_icon.png) does not exist for the class attributes.
Resolution
Ensure that the below image (images/pzerror_icon.png) is referenced in your portal skin.
