Manual Case Stages Display Sub Stages Incorrect

Summary
In Pega Sales Automation(SFA),when a closed stage is reached, the system should automatically close the case and children cases under it. However after review of the Stages on the Details Tab under the closed stage, a link is seen for the flow Create Application,

Steps to Reproduce
- Login to SFA
- Launch the Sales Ops Portal.
- Open the Opportunity Landing Page.
- Create an Opportunity. (process to the Closed Stage)
- On the Confirm Harness, look at the Closed Stage and the link to the flow under it.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-32143 to resolve the issue.
