MarketingAnalyst portal shows warning message after the upgrade

Summary



A warning message occurs when the Marketing Analyst Portal was accessed. NBAM 7.12 was upgraded to NBAM or NBAA 7.13 on Pega 7.1.9.

Error Messages



Upgrade scripts have not yet been run


Steps to Reproduce



1. Run the upgrade utility, and update table utility.
2. Import JAR files.
3. Complete the checked post.
4. Log in as Marketing Analyst in the application.


Root Cause



In the trace, RunPostInstall Activity failed while trying to open following objects: 

- Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Rule-Obj-Corr-SMS", pyClassName = "PegaMKT-Work-Offer-Collection-PostCollection", pyStreamName = "CollectionsSMS10", pyCorrType = "SMS" 
- Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Rule-Obj-Corr-SMS", pyClassName = "PegaMKT-Work-Offer-Collection-PostCollection", pyStreamName = "CollectionsSMS20", pyCorrType = "SMS" 
- Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Rule-Obj-Corr-SMS", pyClassName = "PegaMKT-Work-Offer-FS_Sales", pyStreamName = "AcceptanceSMS", pyCorrType = "SMS" 
- Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Rule-Obj-Corr-SMS", pyClassName = "PegaMKT-Work-Offer-FS_Sales-Promotions", pyStreamName = "SMSNotification", pyCorrType = "SMS" 

The SMS treatments belong to 
PegaNBAFS-Artifacts ruleset and not Pega NBAM application.

Resolution



Skip the call to upgrade these non-relevant SMS treatments.
