Mashup behavior incorrect

Summary
Mashup occupies half of the screen instead of the whole screen. A scroll bar displays which is not expected.

Steps to Reproduce
Use Mashup 8.1.3 on Pega 8.2.1 and observe the behavior on launch of the Mashup.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. Gadget is not registered inline. Hence, postmashupheight is not set even after sending the height as the communicator is not registered.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Include the below script in the Mashup code:

</script>
