Mass Update and Import feature do not work



With an implementation layer extending the Pega Product Composer for Healthcare application, the Mass Update or the Import feature does not work.

Error Messages

Cannot open case <Case ID>. Contact your system administrator for assistance.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an Implementation layer extending the Pega Product Composer for Healthcare application.
  2. Open the Mass Update or Import list.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Overwrite the SelectLevel and PCSImportsHarness_Header Navigation menu to change the action from Open Work Item to Open Work by Handle.
